I originally called one of the larger, highly rated plumbing services in town when my pipes started rattling and banging in certain situations. They sent out a professional and friendly technician who correctly diagnosed the problem, but their quote seemed outrageously high. When they started trying to sell me on their loyalty program, I started to suspect I was getting scammed. I called IPS for a second opinion, and they quoted me at literally half the price for the same parts and labor, and were able to come out on the next business day. Their plumbers replaced a PRV and expansion tank, and weeks later everything is still working great. I'm so glad I chose IPS--they did a great job and saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciated that they didn't try to expand the job or sell me on additional services. They have earned my trust and will be my go-to plumbers from now on.

Nothing but good things to say. I was quoted an insane price from another plumber and IPS put together an estimate which was 1/4 of the price that the other plumber had quoted me. They were able to make it out that same day and have everything installed by the afternoon. Very professional and so easy to work with. IPS will now be my first call with any future projects!

My regular guys are booked out for 2-3 weeks! Wth and I'm having an emergency. IPS came out in 14 hrs and fixed it without additional after-hour fees. Thanks so much!

On my third project with the IPS team. Recommended by another contractor, then stuck with them because of the attention to detail, communication and quality work. Dave has been a steady force during a bathroom remodel, always sharing good ideas and options. I had IPS come out to my workplace to give a second opinion on some plumbing issues we were having. Not only were they responsive and professional, they also solved my issue for 1/4 of the price of other guys quote. They fit us in quickly and completed the job in just a few hours. They are a no nonsense group that get the job done and don't spend hours trying to sell you on work you don't need. If you are needing great work at a great price look no further!

Derek with IPS did a excellent job helping swap a PRV in our shop. The service would disrupt our production and he was willing to come in early to minimize our machine downtime. Would recommend!

Thought about contacting this company for my plumbing needs, but then interestingly found myself behind one of their vehicles going under the speed limit in the express lane on I-25 as other cars passed them in the regular lane. Decided I could never trust a company that employs such selfish, inconsiderate people.
